Every time I open the newspaper, the eyes from the laser eye surgery ads look out at me. It makes me think of being watched and how we are all watching each other. Our world is not a happy place right now. The USA holds the Earth in its hands and it is a huge responsibility. We are being told that everything is going well and our country is in good shape, but a feeling of watching and waiting lies behind those flowers.
